church fire- nothing is sacred but fun while it lasts. A coven of two, a girl and a boy, alone in the dark, making fire with sticks. Transfix the watcher with dark earthy light. Filthy, rich, urgent, primal therapy fight. How silly!
Adorned in flowers and antlers, a girl’s guttural screams reclaim the divine feminine. She twitches, convulses, becoming stories untold, beside her counterpart, masked and shrouded in darkness, arranging planks and stone. Back bent from building another building to burn. So much fun!
pussy blood, released by Black Box Tapes June 10, 2016 captures this energy and intensity that church fire brings to the stage. An experiment of nature, the dancing gives way to disquieting darkness and with every song, is reborn. Enjoy!
